Opening Times

Please note our opening times are subject to change without notice 

Age

Congratulations if you look younger than 18. Photo id will be required to use the tanning beds and other services

We will not accept parental or guardian approval written or verbal to access the tanning beds for anyone younger than 18. We will also require your finger print to link to your account. This is to ensures the correct person is accessing the sunbed, minutes redeemed are being taken from the correct client and that you can be advised if you are wishing tan within the 24/48 hours of your previous tanning session dependent on your skin type. The fingerprint also is your acknowledgement and agreement of the CUSTOMER WAIVER displayed at reception. Beauty treatments also require your fingerprint as acknowledgement/agreement to carryout the service. FOR DATA PROTECTION PURPOSES WE DO NOT HOLD ANY HAND WRITTEN RECORD OF YOUR IDENTITY AT THE SALON.

Children

TAN4mations policy on children is:- not to permit children into tanning booths under any circumstances and children must be supervised at all times by a person of responsibility aged 18yrs or over. Salon staff are not to take responsibility for children under any circumstances. 

Tanning

We will provide eye protection for you to use while using the tanning beds and we strongly advise that you use them

For your health and safety and that of any guest - we do not permit under any circumstances anyone into the tanning booths with you while you are tanning. This includes children.

TAN TIME Courses have a 12-month validity. You can add on (top up) to your current course but no refunds are offered on unused portions on any courses.


Cancellation Policy

A 100% charge is incurred for services not cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice period to your schedule time, this includes no shows. 

Pregnancy

Please advise our team at the time of scheduling your service if you are or think you may be pregnant as some of our services may not be suitable. We have specifically designed Pre/Post Natal treatments or expectant and nursing women – teeth whitening and tanning is not advised during pregnancy

Patch Testing

Any tint/spray tan services booked will require a mandatory 24-hour patch test being carried out prior to the service 

Service Charges

All prices are in GBP and subject to change at any time

Payment

On arrival, we request the service booked is paid before treatments commence - we also would like to point out that once a service is carried out no refunds are possible should you changed your mind. Charges may apply to remove any products applied in the services

Arrival Time Prior to you scheduled treatment, please allow time to complete a consultation card and time to change ready for your treatment. We recommend you arrive 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled treatment time. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction in treatment time to ensure a smooth operation for all customers 

Health Conditions

Kindly advise our team upon scheduling your treatments if you have any health conditions, allergies, injuries and/or if you have undergone surgeries which could affect your choice of treatment. There are certain medical conditions that may preclude you from having a treatment – we recommend consulting your doctor prior to booking with us and written consent from your doctor will be required before treatments can be carried out. We will decline any treatment we deem detrimental to your or ourselves health and safety. The therapist/managers word is final

Gift Vouchers

Stuck for unique gift idea? Gift Vouchers are available. Valid for 6 months from time of purchase. We can reissue lost, stolen or damaged vouchers. The value is redeemed in full, no change is given

Promotions

No refunds/credits or transfers are offered on any unused portions of courses or promotions. Any refund/discount offered is at the management's sole discretion and calculate at non-promotional pricing. Please check with salon staff which tanning beds are included within any tanning promotion

Homecare

Continue your experience at home your therapist will give you specific advice after your treatment to allow you to carry on the good work at home. Most products used are available for purchase from our reception
